Meet the Instructors

Robert L. (Bob) Matthews
Senior Reliability Manager

Bob has 45 plus years reliability maintenance experience ranging from hands-on to supervision, plant maintenance management, consulting, and training. His training resume includes the development and presentation of courses on Advanced Pump Rebuilding, Lubrication, Mechanical Seals, Braided Packing, Operator Awareness, and other customized classes for diverse companies like Exxon, Phillips and Westinghouse as well as programs for Auburn, the University of Alaska, LSU, the Vibration Institute, ASME, FSA, and others.



Darrell Bailey
Reliability Manager

Darrell brings 27 years of experience in industrial, manufacturing, and reliability maintenance to the Value Added Services Team.  His range of experience extends from hands on to supervision, plant maintenance management, system design, and training.   In addition, he brings 10 years of SAP experience from a large manufacturing facility.  He has conducted training from Business Fundamentals, SAP, as well as technical training classes.  Darrell is well versed in all aspects of oil analysis and has conducted many energy studies to facilitate lubrication related cost savings.  He has successfully completed numerous process improvement projects in multiple facilities from water treatment to high speed manufacturing.
